Mindfulness Informed Counseling and Psychotherapy


Mindfulness and psychotherapy pair to help people overcome their problems. If you are struggling with trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, self-esteem, assertiveness or intimacy we can work together to help find meaning for your life.


With mindful awareness, we will  examine what works and what doesn’t work in your life and in your relationships, and what can be done to help change it. We can uncover what constraints are keeping you feeling stuck and how to move beyond them or to help them loosen their hold on you. Through practice of skillful interventions therapy helps break one free from old habits in order to live a more fulfilling and vibrantly creative life. 


You are the expert. Your goals, dreams and aspirations are your own. My job is to help you move in the direction you want to move. By learning about your values and perspective, we can identify goals and direction and the most effective way of helping you move forward.
